The inquiry form asks only for an optional name and a short project summary. It prepares a draft in your own email app; it does not submit a form to a server or save the fields in browser storage. If you send the email, your email address, message, and any information you include are available to FVKSTUDIOS LLC and the email providers involved. Please do not send payment-card data, identity documents, or sensitive personal information.
Website delivery and technical data
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Normal delivery and security processing may involve an IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser information, and security events. This technical processing is separate from the project details you choose to email. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Cookies, analytics, and social platforms
This website’s own code does not install analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or social-media embeds. Fonts and portfolio images are served from this website. Theme and animation choices last only for the current page session and are not saved in browser storage. Hosting security services may use essential technologies when needed. See the Cookie Policy.
Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube links open those external services only when you choose to follow them. Their own privacy and cookie practices then apply. This website does not enable cross-site advertising tracking, so its behavior is the same with or without a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
How information is used and shared
Information you send is used to answer your inquiry, discuss and administer a requested project, maintain relevant business records, and address legal obligations or disputes. Sending an inquiry is not a newsletter signup or consent to promotional texts. Website inquiries are not offered for sale or used by this website for targeted advertising. Hosting and email providers process information needed for their services; disclosure may also be necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights.

This website is intended for people arranging professional media services, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us so we can address it. Do not use the inquiry form for firearm transactions or eligibility documentation.
Square bookings and payments
Bookings, invoices, and payments are handled through Square. When you use Square, it processes information you provide there, such as contact, booking, billing, and payment details. FVKSTUDIOS LLC receives the booking and transaction information available through its Square account to administer your service. Do not enter card information in this site’s inquiry form or email it to us. See Square’s buyer-features privacy notice and Square’s customer privacy notice.
Session images and permissions
Photography and video sessions may record identifiable people or properties. Commissioned work and promotional permissions are addressed in the booking agreement and any separate release. Contact the studio with privacy or permission concerns. The website inquiry checkbox does not grant image-use rights.
External tools and changes
The Gear page lists tools used by the studio; visiting that page does not connect your browser to those tools. Any separate client platform, payment service, or external social service may have its own notice. This notice will be updated when the website’s practices change, with the revised date shown here.
