Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to photography and videography services booked with FVKSTUDIOS LLC through Square booking, an invoice, or an agreed service description. It does not cover merchandise or firearm transactions.

Booking and payment

A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure a booking. Its amount and conditions must be disclosed in your selected package or invoice before you pay. Full payment is required before final images are released. All payments are processed through Square; this portfolio website does not collect card details.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of all payments. No-shows are charged 100% of the booking fee. These conditions apply only as disclosed and agreed for your booking and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For a cancellation more than 24 hours before the session, consult your package or invoice for the applicable retainer and refund terms. If those terms are not clear, request written clarification before paying. This policy does not create an additional fee or promise a refund amount that has not been agreed.

Rescheduling and unsafe conditions

Weather-related rescheduling is permitted at the Photographer’s discretion. The Photographer may reschedule because of illness, equipment failure, or unsafe conditions. Contact the studio promptly to discuss a replacement date and confirm any changes in writing. If a suitable replacement cannot be agreed or the contracted service cannot be supplied, applicable consumer remedies remain available.

Requesting a cancellation or refund

Email booking@fvkstudios.com with your name, scheduled session date, Square invoice or booking reference, and your request. Do not send card numbers or identity documents. We will review the applicable booking terms, work performed, and legal requirements. The amount, method, and timing of any approved refund will be confirmed in writing; payment-provider processing times may apply.

Your rights and existing bookings

A non-refundable label does not override rights that cannot lawfully be waived. This policy does not remove payment-dispute rights or retroactively change existing booking agreements. Specific package terms should be reviewed before purchase together with the Terms & Conditions.
