These terms describe FVKSTUDIOS LLC’s photography and videography services and website use. Your selected Square package, invoice, and written booking agreement define the particular project. Simply browsing this website or sending an inquiry is not acceptance of a model release and does not reserve a session or authorize a charge.

Services and deliverables
FVKSTUDIOS LLC (“Photographer”) provides the photography or videography services selected in your Square booking, invoice, or service description. Specific deliverables, image quantities, and turnaround times are defined in the selected package at checkout. Confirm any different or additional work in writing.
Payment, cancellations, and rescheduling
A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure the booking, as disclosed before payment. Full payment is required before final images are delivered. All payments are processed through Square. Late cancellations, no-shows, weather, and studio rescheduling are addressed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which should be reviewed before payment.
Delivery and download links
Standard delivery is 24–72 hours unless your selected package states otherwise. Final images are delivered digitally through a download link after payment is complete. Any link-expiration date should be communicated with delivery; download and back up your files promptly. Contact the studio if you cannot access the link. Delays or expired links caused by client inaction do not extend delivery obligations except where required by your agreement or applicable law.
Copyright and client license
FVKSTUDIOS LLC retains copyright in the original photographs and media it creates, subject to any different written agreement and rights held by third parties. After payment, the client receives a limited, non-transferable license for personal or business use as described in the booking agreement. Without written permission, the client may not sell, sublicense, transfer, alter, edit, apply filters to, or claim ownership of those images, except to the extent applicable law permits.
Real estate photography
Real estate images may be used only to market the specific property photographed. The agreed usage rights expire when that property is sold, rented, or removed from active listing. Images may not be reused for future listings or transferred to another agent or broker without written permission. Before booking, confirm any rights needed by your MLS, listing platform, brokerage, or other distribution partner.
Client preparation
The subject or property should be photo-ready at the scheduled time. Clutter, lighting limitations, weather, and unprepared spaces may affect the result. Discuss preparation and any limitations with the studio before the session. This does not excuse the Photographer’s failure to provide agreed services or remove rights required by law.
Marketing and portfolio permission
Images may be proposed for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional use. Where consent is required, that use must be supported by an appropriate separate written model or property release. Contact the studio before the session about any restrictions. A client’s booking or failure to object does not by itself establish permission from every person shown. Website inquiry consent is for responding to your request only; it is not a model release or marketing subscription.
Limitations and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law and the agreed booking terms, the Photographer’s liability for equipment failure, data loss, or unforeseen circumstances is limited to a refund of amounts paid for the affected booking. To the same extent, the Photographer is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses. These limits do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website material and external services
Portfolio examples do not guarantee property sales, audience growth, revenue, or a particular business outcome. External social platforms and Square have their own terms and privacy practices. Gear and software references do not imply sponsorship. LivinWild and OnyxArmory pages are informational; this site accepts no firearm orders, transfers, or eligibility documents. Public display of an image or logo does not grant visitors a license to reuse it.
Governing law and changes
Arkansas law governs the service agreement, subject to any mandatory protections that apply. Changes to this page do not retroactively alter existing signed agreements. Contact the studio for clarification before booking.
